Position Title: Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator/Office Assistant
Pay rate: Expected $17 - $19 an hour
Supervisor: Human Resource Manager
Hours of Work: Normal hours 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, M-F; Other hours as situations demand
Location: JDA Corporate Office, Austin Texas
Travel: As needed
FLSA Type: Non - Exempt (Hourly)
Start Date: Immediately
The Front Desk Coordinator/Office Assistant will be the first impression of JD Abrams LP for all in person and over the phone interactions. This position will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management. It is also an essential part of this position to be able to translate emails and documents from English to Spanish and to be able to read at a high level of Spanish. In this position it is important to be able to multi task while keeping a professional and friendly disposition.
